Very central in Kampala but wonderfully quiet as our room faced away from the street. Very hospitable staff. Restaurant willing to serve breakfast long after usual breakfast time. Ditto with evening meal. Our non-resident visitors treated with exceptional courtesy. This is not a five star place but the kind attention of the staff more than make up for this. Theirs is a five-star-plus service. Shopping with every conceivable item and service to be got in this great city available right on the doorstep. Even a resident shoe-shine stand in the lobby.

Staff were very responsive, the room was spotless and it was professionally cleaned every day. Very good hot breakfast with fruit and juice, eggs cooked as you like them. There is an excellent restaurant called CJ's within a 100m. They also have a taxi driver called Fred who is a careful driver and does not overcharge.

breakfast could be better but okay.the location is great ,the place is very clean and secure and can be deceiving from the outside how pleasantly quiet and orderly when inside.

The break exceeded my expectation ,the price of rooms was so attractive Staff were so helpful Close to Uganda's biggest fruit market I will surely visit again
